If you're the type who likes a little more guidance or if any of it inspires you, great - if you'd like to do something entirely different, go for it. - Therapy speak/focus on characters being made better by therapy (going to therapy after a crisis, for example, is fine; don't enjoy fic that revolves around someone going to therapy, talking about their feelings, and being made all better/uncritical portrayals of therapy as always helpful or something everyone should do. Evil therapists à la Hannibal are totally fine)
- Misogyny (character-/setting-typical OK, just not as the focus)
- Female characters being poorly treated in favour of an M/M relationship, e.g., if you have a man leave a female partner for another man, please don't linger on being cruel about or towards the female ex.

Any take on these pairs going on some quests and falling in love would be thoroughly enjoyable, whatever tone you decide to take.
Dethroned and Dishonoured Queen/Lone Loyal Female Knight
Loads of potential here - I'd love a take where the Queen has lost her throne for legitimate reasons, because she's an evil shitty person and the Knight is loyal to her anyway, or one where she has been unfairly overthrown, or anything in between. I could see this one getting really dark and gritty if you're feeling it.
Unlucky Female Adventurer/Female Healer who Patches Her Up
For this I'm imagining a sweet slow burn, but I'd love any take! Maybe a gnarly meet-ugly, maybe the Adventurer stumbles into the Healer's home badly wounded, or maybe she's known to the Adventurer Community and the Adventurer stops by frequently. Maybe they travel together, but the Healer stays out of harm's way. Why is the Adventurer so unlucky - why is she still adventuring? If you feel like a darker take, maybe the Healer is even somehow causing her bad luck so that she'll keep coming to be healed?
M/M
Unlucky Male Adventurer/Group of Bandits who Force Him to Join Them
I would love a dark, whumpy, nasty take on this prompt, if that's something you're up for - give that Adventurer a horrible time! Could be any number of reasons for the bandits to grab him - maybe for sex, for a servant, maybe they know he's someone important or wealthy and want to extort him. Maybe he has a price on his head or some kind of reputation. Maybe, if you go for a fantasy setting, there's some cultural conflict if the Adventurer and the Bandits are from different races/backgrounds. Maybe the Adventurer was injured when they happened upon him, or intoxicated, or they pretended to be nice at first. Maybe he gets involved with one of the Bandits in particular - and maybe they even escape together. Or maybe he never gets to escape. Go wild!! I'll enjoy it.
I'd prefer any main romantic or sexual relationships to be M/M, but women are also very welcome to take advantage of the Adventurer, if you're going in that direction.

Lone Adventurer Travelling Through Sparsely Populated Land & Their Trusty Mount
I'm imagining Shadow of the Colossus/Journey/BOTWTOTK type vibes here, but I'm absolutely open to anything - any setting, any kind of creature for the Mount, whether it's a real life equine or some fantasy or scifi beast. Also open to any level of sapience for the Mount, again from normal horse to human level intelligence or even above. Is the Adventurer on a quest or simply wandering? Why is the land so sparsely populated - because that's just the way it is in this world, or did something happen to make it so? Is the relationship between these two new, and they're still warming up to each other, or have they been travelling together a long time? Maybe it's a daemon/familiar type situation? I feel like this prompt is super open to a lot of lush worldbuilding too.
Very happy for the Adventurer to have relationships (platonic, romantic, or sexual) with other original characters in the background. I'd prefer anything romantic or sexual to be F/F or M/M.

Female Bounty Hunter/Female Bounty She Falls in Love With
Love love love this dynamic so much. I would love it if these two have very contrasting personalities and either hate each other, or one of them hates the other, at first, with their relationship growing slowly over time. If the Bounty Hunter is a law-abiding type, how does she end up in love with the Bounty she's been hunting? Is the Bounty a rugged outlaw, or really a wrongly accused innocent? What stops the Bounty Hunter simply turning in the Bounty right away? Maybe they get trapped somewhere together. Maybe one of them gets badly injured and can't possibly travel. Maybe the Bounty makes the Hunter a better offer.
Female Outlaw/Widow who Took Over her Husband’s Ranch
First thing that comes to mind - I'd love to hear about the Widow's backstory. Was she happily married and her husband's death was a tragedy, or was he awful and she's glad to be independent? Maybe she even killed him! Lots of potential. And then - how do they meet? Maybe the Outlaw is on the run and takes refuge on the Widow's property. Maybe she's hurt. I love meetings caused by injury. Are they drawn to each other right away, or more wary? Maybe they knew each other already - maybe they were childhood friends. Maybe they're even sisters, if you're into that.

At the same time, a flipped dynamic for the Knight/Scholar where the Scholar is the very serious one and the Knight is more lighthearted and laid back could be really fun. What is the Scholar studying - maybe they're crawling through some horrible dark underground dungeons together? Or traversing a terribly dangerous land? Maybe the Knight takes on these escort jobs all the time, but there's a spark with the Scholar she hasn't had with anyone before?
For the Knight/Bard, what brings and keeps them together? Did they know each other before their respective careers? Maybe they've watched each other grow and change. Loads of potential here - I'd love a take where the Queen has lost her throne for legitimate reasons, because she's an evil shitty person and the Knight is loyal to her anyway, or one where she has been unfairly overthrown, or anything in between. I could see this one getting really dark and gritty if you're feeling it.
Unlucky Female Adventurer/Female Healer who Patches Her Up
For this I'm imagining a sweet slow burn, but I'd love any take! Maybe a gnarly meet-ugly, maybe the Adventurer stumbles into the Healer's home badly wounded, or maybe she's known to the Adventurer Community and the Adventurer stops by frequently. Maybe they travel together, but the Healer stays out of harm's way. Why is the Adventurer so unlucky - why is she still adventuring? If you feel like a darker take, maybe the Healer is even somehow causing her bad luck so that she'll keep coming to be healed?

Unlucky Male Adventurer/Group of Bandits who Force Him to Join Them
I would love a dark, whumpy, nasty take on this prompt, if that's something you're up for - give that Adventurer a horrible time! Could be any number of reasons for the bandits to grab him - maybe for sex, for a servant, maybe they know he's someone important or wealthy and want to extort him. Maybe he has a price on his head or some kind of reputation. Maybe, if you go for a fantasy setting, there's some cultural conflict if the Adventurer and the Bandits are from different races/backgrounds. Maybe the Adventurer was injured when they happened upon him, or intoxicated, or they pretended to be nice at first. Maybe he gets involved with one of the Bandits in particular - and maybe they even escape together. Or maybe he never gets to escape. Go wild!! I'll enjoy it.
I'd prefer any main romantic or sexual relationships to be M/M, but women are also very welcome to take advantage of the Adventurer, if you're going in that direction.

Lone Adventurer Travelling Through Sparsely Populated Land & Their Trusty Mount
I'm imagining Shadow of the Colossus/Journey/BOTWTOTK type vibes here, but I'm absolutely open to anything - any setting, any kind of creature for the Mount, whether it's a real life equine or some fantasy or scifi beast. Also open to any level of sapience for the Mount, again from normal horse to human level intelligence or even above. Is the Adventurer on a quest or simply wandering? Why is the land so sparsely populated - because that's just the way it is in this world, or did something happen to make it so? Is the relationship between these two new, and they're still warming up to each other, or have they been travelling together a long time? Maybe it's a daemon/familiar type situation? I feel like this prompt is super open to a lot of lush worldbuilding too.
Very happy for the Adventurer to have relationships (platonic, romantic, or sexual) with other original characters in the background. I'd prefer anything romantic or sexual to be F/F or M/M.

Love love love this dynamic so much. I would love it if these two have very contrasting personalities and either hate each other, or one of them hates the other, at first, with their relationship growing slowly over time. If the Bounty Hunter is a law-abiding type, how does she end up in love with the Bounty she's been hunting? Is the Bounty a rugged outlaw, or really a wrongly accused innocent? What stops the Bounty Hunter simply turning in the Bounty right away? Maybe they get trapped somewhere together. Maybe one of them gets badly injured and can't possibly travel. Maybe the Bounty makes the Hunter a better offer.
Female Outlaw/Widow who Took Over her Husband’s Ranch
First thing that comes to mind - I'd love to hear about the Widow's backstory. Was she happily married and her husband's death was a tragedy, or was he awful and she's glad to be independent? Maybe she even killed him! Lots of potential. And then - how do they meet? Maybe the Outlaw is on the run and takes refuge on the Widow's property. Maybe she's hurt. I love meetings caused by injury. Are they drawn to each other right away, or more wary? Maybe they knew each other already - maybe they were childhood friends. Maybe they're even sisters, if you're into that.

I love fic that makes my skin crawl and/or makes me feel actually sick, so don’t hold back if you like getting into detail. As long as it doesn't hit a DNW (listed in my signup) I'm open to anything :-)

Original Work; no permadeath
Lots of ways this could go - I'm open to a scifi or fantasy spin on this. Victim could be someone with superpowered healing who has been discovered and captured, or a fantasy being or magically modified character. Experimenter could be a malicious stranger, a scientist from a shady organisation, a morally righteous type who thinks the one who can heal is an abomination - or maybe even someone the victim knows or even loves who just can't resist taking advantage when they realise their friend/lover/family member can take all kinds of hurt and come back from it. How willing the victim is to be experimented on and the consent levels of any sexual activity is entirely up to you :-)
I'd prefer the healing not to be instantaneous - whether it's slightly faster than normal or they can just survive more than a human, fine, as long as the injuries last long enough to have fun with them. I love love love characters who are loyal/devoted to a fault, who remain loyal far past the point of compromising their own morals, or even sanity. For this I could see the Queen sending her Lady Knight out on some horrific errands, then rewarding her with sex when she gets back - while the Knight is still bloody, injured, and traumatised. Maybe the Queen gets off on having the Knight recount all the nasty things she's done for her.
This prompt is so fun. Similar to the one above, I could see this involving feverish adrenaline-fuelled blood-soaked injured sex immediately post-battle, but this time with enthusiastic consent and enjoyment from both parties. Maybe the witch regularly heals the knight so she can continue with her quest for blood and destruction, but not until after they've fucked about it.
Give this poor adventurer the worst time possible. I would equally enjoy a competent adventurer horrified at finding himself overpowered, or a fresh-faced naive adventurer who gets in over his head. Maybe they're awaiting torture. Maybe they've already been tortured, or one of them has. How effective the distraction fucking ends up being is up to you. Lots of psychological horror potential for the character being fucked to be feeling pleasure/reaching orgasm while watching something horrific, and beginning to associate those two things - potentially ruining their sexuality forever :-)

Whether the warrior survives or is killed at some point during the encounter is up to you! I could see various takes on the minotaur's characterisation here - it's actively aggressive, frightened and trying to defend itself... maybe it doesn't view the warrior as a threat at all, but is innocently curious about the warrior's body. Warrior developing some sympathy for the minotaur could be fun, but I'd prefer the encounter to be noncon.
This could potentially be an angsty/tragic one, if the android & mechanic know each other but the malfunction results in the android killing or maiming the mechanic. Maybe they're lovers, and the android malfunctions during otherwise consensual sex. The malfunction could be anything - simple mechanical failure at an unfortunate moment, or a software issue where the android stops recognising the mechanic and begins to view them as a threat.

OMC(s) could be anyone - I'm imagining bandits/rogue survivors who capture him for nefarious purposes, whether that's to loot him, to try to recruit him to some cult or group, or purely to use him for sex or even food (as long as he doesn't actually get eaten). Or maybe a bunch of FEDRA soldiers catch him getting up to something illegal and subject him to some cruel and unusual punishment. I'd love him to be defiant and resistant at first, and end up exhausted and broken.
The & relationships are welcome in combination with the above or standalone. I love the idea of Joel subjecting himself to violence/torture/rape in place of Ellie or Tommy. Either of them caring for him in the aftermath would be lovely, especially if Joel is humiliated by needing care, completely shut down from trauma, tries to hide the extent of the damage, etc. Joel hiding rape-related injuries and refusing to admit to being raped would be wonderful, especially if it's to try and spare Ellie from the trauma of hearing about it.

Years ago I read a fic about these two tagged with Consensual Necrophilia, and it stuck with me forever. I'd love an Atlas-is-real AU where they're just miserably surviving Rapture together, with Jack acting as their protector/human shield almost, since he can come back - Atlas putting him out of his misery when he sustains some especially horrible injuries that aren't killing him fast enough, then dragging him to a Vita-Chamber and waiting for him to heal up. I thoroughly enjoy abuse of WYK on Atlas' part. Necrophilia, consensual or otherwise, obviously very welcome here before Jack is brought back. I love mute Jack. I’d love to see him, as a usually powerful character, being beaten down, humiliated, and absolutely destroyed by the experience, especially if he is left permanently or long-term maimed/disabled and his career as a witcher is effectively over.
Geralt offering himself in place of a loved one is very welcome, especially if the loved one is forced to watch. Dealing with aftermath is also wonderful.
